In a minute dated 21st October on [4144/43/3/1, Dr. Kauntze has said that he would like copies of Dr. Selwyn Clarke's report on medical and health conditons in Hong Kong during the Japanese occupation to go to fr. Mahaffy for the Colonial Medical Research Committee. I enclose 9 copies. More are available if required.
